Het scientific track van het NCC ‘Future Generation’ is een speciaal track dat in samenwerking met de BCLA (British Contact Lens Association) wordt georganiseerd. In deze track worden papers geprogrammeerd die zijn ingediend door wetenschappers, specialisten en optometristen wereldwijd. Het gaat hier allemaal om onderzoeken naar de toepassing van contactlenzen die nog niet eerder openbaar zijn gemaakt. Al deze papers zijn anoniem beoordeeld door een internationale wetenschappelijke commissie.
