Tom is sinds augustus 2016 werkzaam als senior vice president Global Logistics bij CooperVision en vanaf juni 2008 als vice president EMEA Distribution. Voordat hij bij CooperVision in dienst trad, werkte hij vanaf 1998 als executive vice president, Supply Chain bij Sylvania Lighting International. Tom heeft ook verschillende senior managementposities bekleed in operationele en commerciële functies bij bedrijven als General Electric, Groupe Bull SA en Wang Laboratories Inc.
